Psoriasis Clinical Trial
Efficacy and safety of alefacept in combination with narrow-band UVB (nbUVB) compared to alefacept alone in subjects with moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis (AME-001) / Astellas Pharma Canada
- We are looking for subjects 19 years of age or older with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis covering at least 10% of your body to participate in a research study for plaque psoriasis.
- Subjects will receive an approved drug to treat psoriasis that will be administered by injection. Some subjects will receive the approved drug AND light therapy treatments 3 times weekly for 12 weeks.
- Up to 14 clinic visits are required over 36 weeks.
- Blood samples will be drawn.
- Qualified subjects will receive free study medication and will be reimbursed for travel expenses.
