How to see us
If you want advice regarding a skin problem, please consult your family physician. If your doctor indicates that a referral to a dermatologist is required, you may request that The Skin Care Centre is your preferred destination for treatment. Your physician's office will either make the appointment for you or request you to do so. To make an appointment for medical concerns phone our general line at 604-875-5151.
If your concern is cosmetic you may contact us directly for a free consultation using one of the numbers below as a referral is not necessary. There is a cosmetic consultation fee, the amount of which the receptionist will tell you at the time of booking the appointment.
Please note that the Skin Care Centre offers its services only to Canadian residents.

Who We Are
The Skin Care Centre is British Columbia's Centre for Dermatologic Science. It is a partnership of the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority and the University of British Columbia Department of Dermatology and Skin Science.
The Skin Care Centre is proud to provide a broad spectrum of aesthetic and dermatologic services that are unrivalled by any clinic in Western Canada. A major referral centre within BC, the Centre is an international leader in research, developmental therapeutics, and medical education.
Our staff is comprised of knowledgeable, experienced, and caring professionals. Our dermatologists are fully qualified medical doctors who receive advanced training in dermatology for five to seven years beyond medical school. All of our dermatologists are on staff at Vancouver General Hospital, and are faculty members of UBC's Medical School.
